Down Lead Clamp
Stainless Steel Down Lead Clamp for Pole
Down Lead Clamp is designed to lead down cables on splicing and terminal pole/tower and to fix the arch section on the middle reinforcing pole/tower. Normally, a unit of Down Lead Clamp is needed 1.5meters, and it is also used in other fixing area.

Note:
The Stainless Steel Down Lead Clamp of upper table is suitable to the normal cement pole. It must be designed according to the actual size for other size pole diameter.
Installation
1. Confirm the position of Down-lead Clamp on pole, and check the suitable cable diameter and pole diameter.
2. Adjust the stainless steel pad according to the direction of Down-lead Clamp.
3. Wrap the stainless steel band around the pole, put the end through aluminum alloy pad, and tighten.
4. Put the end of stainless steel band to opposite direction, and make it close to the inner side of Down-lead Clamp.
5. Tighten the M12 nut.
6. Open the rubber fasten clamp, put the cables into groove.
7. Cover the fasten clamp, put the Spring Pin, Nut, and tighten.
Note:
● The Down-lead Clamps are suitable for ADSS/OPGW cables.
● This product is installed on cement poles and galvanized steel poles.
● This product will be installed: one set per 1.5m for leading down the cables, two sets per tower for fixing the cable bend.
● This product will be installed from top to bottom during leading down the cables.
