    DimInstallation process

    ● Use the special key to rotate counterclockwise, loosen the locking screw, and open the locks on both sides to open the box.Fiber to the home(FTTH)

    ● Optical cable stripping: Strip the butt-jointed optical cable and the spliced optical cable according to the specifications, please refer to the figure below

    ● Optical cable fixing and sealing:

    a) The docking optical cable enters and exits the box from the left and right waterproof joints,unscrew the nut, insert the optical cable, and then tighten the nut;

    b) Pull the optical cable into the box from the middle, and use a screwdriver to compress it.Remove the block and the sealing rubber, put the sealing rubber and the pressing block into the optical cable in turn, put them back into the elliptical notch, and lock and seal with screws;

    c) Press the screw to complete the sealing and fixing of the optical cable.

    ● Fiber routing: After the incoming cable is reserved and coiled at the bottom of the box, the bare fiber is introduced into the peach-shaped splice tray, and the end is led to the splice slot, and the PLC splitter is fixed on the splice tray, and the output end of the splitter is connected. Insert the adapter, and the inlet end is spliced with the incoming cable at the fusion splicing slot.

    Cable Output: When outgoing cable, first remove the rubber sealing plug at the outlet, the end of the outgoing cable pigtail goes directly through the round hole, insert the end into the adapter, then wrap the rubber plug around the optical cable and plug it back into the round hole to complete the sealing.

    Box installation:

    a) Hanging on the wall: hang on the fixed plane through the 4 gourd holes at the bottom of the box, the installation holes are 80mmX153mm;

    b) Holding the pole: Through the two square grooves at the bottom of the box, use the holding hoop to connect and fix the rod-shaped object.
